“Initially assigned car had a breakdown and they had to despatch another one . Good thing I aranged to be picked up a lot earlier otherwise I would have missed my long waited for appointment . These things do happen , don't think you can prevent or avoid them .Driver was very polite and helpful and communication was very good , they kept me updated with the timing of the replacement car .”

“The journey there was very good Birmingham in rush hour was quite an experience but our driver was very confident. We got to our event on time. The journey back was great our driver talked with us and was fun which made the journey home quick. ”
