“We were told 10 minutes before that the second minibus had broken down, therefore we would only be supplied with one 15-seater minibus for 30 members of staff. The driver agreed to come back and collect the remaining 15 staff, however he got lost on the way and this took 1 hour, where it should have only taken 20 minutes. Fortunately, the return journey went smoothly. ”
