“On my return journey, the driver was not at Terminal 3 arrivals to pick me up at the allocated time of 9:30pm. Instead, he was waiting for my arrival to phone me then come to pick me up. As I'm used to locating the driver at the time of my arrival and exit from customs, this delay added another 20mins of waiting around. ”

“Lovely driver, very punctual, good communication, comfortable ride. Just one thing for future reference: looking at a phone while driving is illegal and unsafe. Otherwise brilliant - would use again.”
