“We had a great journey, thank you, very speedy, but the driver did drop us at the wrong hotel, the Hilton in Terminal 2, not the Aerotel in Terminal 3. We did find our way there to Terminal 3 after asking for help. ”

“The driver was lovely, the ride was very pleasant. The only negative feedback I have to offer is that the car had a really strong odor, it smelled thickly of body odor. This was tough because it was 2 hours in the car with a smell that was extremely nauseating. ”

“Our driver, journey and the vehicle used were all quite satisfactory. He arrived on time for both the pickup and the return, and he waited at LHR for our plane to arrive - we were an hour late due to a mechanical problem with our arriving plane. He kept in contact with us and was there when we finally came through. Well done and many thanks !!. Clive Fowler”
