“1 and a half hours llate then took unsafe back roads that were extremely foggy instead of the motorway. It was a different driver that picked me up than what I booked. I was over 3 and a half hours late. I missed an important family members surprise and couldn't book into the hotel I booked which ended up costing me more money. When I complained and asked to be compensated I was met with shouting and aggression. I was extremely uncomfortable the whole journey and my anxiety was through the roof. The driver informed me he was given the job 2 minutes before picking me up over an 1hr and a half late. This is not the contract I entered into. I had no communication about delay and only met with aggression which heightened my anxiety. I paid for a top end service and received anything but. I would like this matter sorted ASAP or I will be taking the matter further with another party involved ”
