“I was charged extra 10 Euros because our flight was delayed and the driver had to wait for us for about 45min. But before departing our flights, I already called your colleges and let them we will be delayed. Pretty disappointing. I paid the driver because he was a good one but I won’t get any car from your company anymore ”

“I have booked the car 70 minutes after my arrival because the luggage usually delayed but my driver was not waiting. I had to ring to inform about my arrival. He arrived 30 minutes late after i came out after flying 8 hours I was to tired with my daughters. I sent emails for my flight number and size of my luggage but the car was not estate as I booked. ”
