“I will never use this company again. The driver never turned up. I was given all kinds of absurd reasons for this, including being told that the driver had picked up the wrong passenger! This was obviously untrue.
I ended up in a Prius with a driver who had picked up the job from Bolt only a few minutes earlier and knew nothing about my booking with you. I was almost one hour late for my appointment.
He told me that he was being paid £44 for the job. Together with confirmation of my original booking, I paid you £172.50, I am now requesting that the difference between the two prices is refunded to me (129.50).
