“No one turned up. Our CEO was nearly left at site. One of our operatives had to drive him. I tried to ring and no one would help me. Absolutely appalling service.”

“The driver was helpful, lifting and moving our luggage without being asked. As we are 87 and 90 years old that alone was a boon. He was polite and courteous despite some other drivers in the area being road hogs en route. A gentleman. ”

“I booked the car and driver for my brother and his wife who are both in their mid 80’s and have sight and mobility issues. The booking arrangements were good and all questions were answered fully and politely and backed up with written confirmation. The journey was considerable, comprising over 180 miles from Manchester to Streetley near Reading. I received feedback from them that the whole experience was very good. The driver arrived 10 minutes early and dealt with the luggage efficiently. The car was in good condition and the driver was courteous and didn’t talk too much! There had been an accident on the M6 which necessitated a considerable diversion and it probably added about an hour to the journey but they didn’t seem to mind as they were only too pleased that they weren’t driving. Overall then a very positive experience. They said they would definitely use the service again; maybe they’ll pay next time!”
