Personable and professional. Will use again in the future for all my trips to the airport and return home.”

“I was first asked to pay an additional sum for Parking. Then they charged me £15 for a car upgrade- which was ok. Then I was charged £15 because by the time we got our luggage it was about 4pm. This was not due to our fault - Heathrow baggage services just delivered our luggage late. Then the driver again asked us for more money for parking, which I refused to pay. ”

“We arrived at London City Airport 1 he before the airport opened and 3 hrs before our flight. Roads very quiet. We could have left as earlier requested 9.15 and not 8.30am. Better safe than sorry?….that was too safe, especially for a Sunday. But very good service overall and will definitely use again! Thanks!”
