“I needed to leave for Heathrow at 5:00, I didn't receive a call saying that they would be late. I called an Uber and received the call 15 minutes after I was supposed to have left for the airport. I have asked for a refund and have not received it. Will never use again. ”

“Got a phone call after booking saying I needed to pay an extra £50 because the distance was calculated wrong by the website. It was already a £100 fare. I said no sorry, can you just cancel the booking. They said it’s in less than 24 hours so I can’t cancel I will not be refunded. Driver was 35 minutes late - Made me meet him in the car park of the airport and I had to speak with him on the phone 4 times and text 8 times before I got in the car to get him there. He took a rural route back to London not the motor way which took 2 hours instead of 50 minutes. Terrible.”
