“I am furious with this service. I booked a minivan for 8 people as part of my daughter’s birthday trip (there were 12 children present in total) to both pick us up and return us in the same booking. The minivan arrived as planned and then dropped us off at our destination. However, when it was time to be picked up again the minivan was nowhere to be seen! After many frustrating phone calls to your service the minivan driver (the same one as who dropped us off earlier) eventually turned up. He was meant to pick us up at 15:20 he arrived at 16:50!! All the while we had to take car of 12 children in a Laser tag car park, whilst frantically trying to call their parents to inform them that they will have to be picked up late because of this stupid situation!! To make things worse, when I did manage to speak to someone from your company to try to find out the whereabouts of the driver I had someone try to reassure me that the driver was 10-15mins away. However, when I asked them if they had spoken to the driver they said that they had not. I asked then how they knew that he was 10-15mins away and the could not answer this! Furthermore, when the driver eventually arrived he did not even apologise? Instead he said that he thought that the pick up was meant to be at 17:00?!! Is the correct information not sent out to the drivers? I entrusted in your company to follow through with this booking as ordered, but this trust was broken. I demand an apology and full refund and vow to never use your service again, and will openly tell others the same. Daniel Coaten”
