“Nothing. We agreed to meet at the Drop & Go part of the airport, rather than inside the Airport Terminal. That worked well for both of us.”

“We were picked up on time, but were surprised that we had to put our own suitcases in the boot since the taxi driver said he had to be careful as he had a bad back. Fortunately, I am quite fit, but this would have been disastrous if it had been my 84-year old mother travelling alone. I comment on this because I expect loading of the luggage into the car as part of the service. Also, the cost of the journey was a horrific £40 (double the price we paid the same company for the same journey 4 days earlier) - something I find quite exorbitant. ”
