“Your Driver did not arrive to pick us up at the agreed location or time. When he sent his location suggesting he was at the correct place, he was actually 9 minutes away as suggested that he could not get in to the car park… Strange when literally coaches and many other vehicles including Taxis could get in. When trying to get help from your company, you clearly was not interested and kept trying to pass me on to the taxi driver who not answer his phone. This left myself and my Wife stranded in a very busy area without the ability to get another Taxi, hence why we booked through yourselves several weeks ago. You now have £55 of my money that I would like refunded without having to wait days for you to review the situation. You should be able to see from the number of calls I made to your business that I am not lying.. you are clearly a company that does not fulfil your contract and take people’s money. Please let me know when I will get my money refunded.”
