“Your vehicle arrived 12 hours EARLY. We booked for 11::00 pm and you arrived 11:00am. I called your office and you said you had altered it, but you did not turn up to collect me but sent another Taxi and i had to pay another £60.00 to them, therefore I need you to refund me the £93.50 that I paid up front. This was very upsetting and disappointing. Please confirm my refund immediately.”
