“Driver due at 10.45 arrived 1.15am. I called several times to ask what time would arrive just said - soon. I was left in london on roadside on my own for 2.5hrs - not acceptable. Had the driver told me this was the delay i would have taken an alternative taxi or public transport. ”

“The diver was a few minutes early which was excellent. The driver helped me load and unload and was very friendly. My only complaint is that I had to pay for a huge six seater because that was all there was available. I think I should have been charged for the size of taxi I needed and not bear the extra expense. It is for this reason I am not paying a tip. ”

“Worst service ever. We were continously told that the driver would arrive in 5-10 minutes, but after 2 hours i was obvious that lie upon lie was told in order to keep us waiting. Totally waste of time and money. No I will not leave a tip, I honestly think that a compensation the other way would be appropriate!”
