“I ordered a different cab because I didn’t get a confirmation email from taxi compare the day before so I didn’t know if the taxi was coming. It’s not the drivers fault at all but taxi compare or Kingston rides should have notified me that everything was arranged and where to meet. ”

“Only one vehicle arrived more than 20 minutes after the booked time when we had booked 2 vehicles to carry 10 of us to Twickenham stadium. As a result we missed the start of the game.”

“I was severly dissapointed with the car as it was a Citreon C3, for both the outward and return journey. On The return journey , even though it 7 seats, we even had to have one of my children sitting on my wifes lap as there was not enough space for the luggage and a seat down in the boot. As our plane was delayed, we also had to pay another £15 to the driver. I am now reluctant to use Taxicode again as I am unsure I will get the taxi I was promised.”
