“I was extremely disappointed with this service. Having been assured that my partner who 75 yrs old would be met at arrivals with a name board and having had confirmation of meet amd greet with flight monitoring at a cost of £104.00, there was no driver waiting at arrivals when the flight landed early. The driver then WhatsApp'd her to say that he would be 10 mins later than the previously agreed pick up time. 20 mins later he the asked her to meet him in the car park. He eventually did come to arrivals but then said that no one had told him it was meet and greet. After a 14hr flight having to wait nearly an hour for pick up was not acceptable. Clearly the flight was not monitored by either the company or the driver. Altogether a most disappointing and inefficient service. I would expect some form of feedback and offer of financisl restitution. ”

“Everything was fine but the driver wasn’t the driver or in the car we were messaged would be collecting us. The taxi was the economy end of an uber but got us to the terminal on time. Would suggest more clarity on whether the drop off charge is included as also had to pay extra for that. ”
