“Driver early on at out and on time on way back both courteous and helpful”

“The journey was generally fine but the driver was asking too many personal questions, he was also talking on the phone for a large part of the journey.”

“We had a very big delay on the pick up with very poor communication from the taxi company. They lied about where they were and completely got it all wrong. They have promised a full refund but they have stopped communicating with me regarding this. Very disappointed to be left waiting 2.5 hours waiting after a long flight. Regards David Crabb”

“My outgoing ride to Heathrow was excellent, all as expected, driver on time, got to the airport in good time. The home ride did not work out as arranged. Driver had not planned to 'meet and greet', asked us to meet him at the car park lift, we waited 40 minutes for him to arrive (he said long queue to get into car park). After a long flight, we were really not pleased. ”

“I booked a car to pick up my teenage daughter and two friends from the Reading Festival on the Sunday night. I was quite nervous about them being able to find the car or being left if they were late etc. Quite the opposite. The driver was constantly in touch with me as to where he was and the best place for the girls to find him, as well as being in touch with my daughter so they could pinpoint the car. Driver then also kindly stopped so they could get some water on the way home. Really put my mind at rest and they got home safely with three drops. ”
