“Waited for one hour at the airport. No one showed up. Called help desk three times. Helpless. The operators said they have no clue what happened. They refused to refund online, and contact Taxicode via e-mail. What a terrible experience. I will never use this site again.”

“Overall, was very good - only issue was that my booking was for 23:15 yet I was told by the driver it was for 23:45 hence driver was late so not there to meet & greet us……..already gave the driver a tip.”
