I didn’t have the drivers contact information and had to reach the company, the driver was amazing but the agency didn’t provide enough information

The return journey was horrendous and I will be submitting a formal complaint and requesting a full refund. The taxi service emailed me on the day of my return journey requesting details of my flight. As I was in transit, I responded with the details at 6pm via email and requested the taxi service to call me if there were any issues. After leaving the terminal I called the firm to check when the taxi would be arriving as our requested time was at 7pm. They said the taxi would be there at 7.20pm, we waited and waited and with several phone calls with the firm and the driver he arrived at 8.20pm. Almost 1.5hrs later, there was a lack of communication from the firm in regards to where the pick up point was, they lied about the pick up time which was not 7.20pm, they failed to email a day before requesting my flight details and did this on my actual travel day where communication would have been limited due to me being in transit. I contacted the taxi firm at 6pm as soon as we landed and so they still had an hour to allocate a driver for pick up at 7pm. The whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing to say the least. I will be requesting a full refund for this journey.

I booked through taxi code and had no driver when I arrived at Gatwick, travelling with three children one who is only 8 months old. It states I would be greeted on arrival yet there was no driver to be seen. So I phoned up the allocated company and they had no clue about my booking! What an absolute shambles,, so I called taxi code and lady was absolutely useless telling me to send an email of complaint! Excuse you??? So what are you going to do,, absolutely nothing, she repeated I should just email a complaint. Had no care that I was stranded with NO driver even though I had paid for one!!!! So I called back up the taxi company, that had been allocated. Needless to say it took an HOUR to sort things out. Thankfully I was allocated a driver but what a joke! Just flown back from my holiday and this is what I’m dealing with. I will never use taxi code again and I most certainly will not recommend your company to anyone further more I make sure to tell everyone and anyone I know NOT to book through your company.
