“This was my first time using this service. I was satisfied with the emails which provided updates on the progress of my booking. The driver was ~2-3 minutes late which was minor but did create a little anxiety. I new email to say the driver was en route would be a useful addition. I was charged £1.50 for SMS confirmation but I did not receive any SMSs.”

“Our driver was Molace Vlad. He was exceptionall. He contacted us a soon as he arrived to collect us from our hotel. He contacted us again on our return journey to let us know where we could find him. It was exceptionally busy in Cardiff city centre. But he made it easy to find him. He was a very nice young man. ”
