“Driver did not meet us at the airport as promised. Had to phone Apple South Cabs and mentioned that they will send a taxi as they could not find my booking. Agent had to check with manager to confirm that taxi was paid through taxicode. Had to phone another 2 times to see where the taxi is as he was circling outside the car park. When taxi arrived, driver was helpful and ride was smooth. He just checked the taxicode confirmation email at the end to confirm the that it ride was paid for.”
