“The trip was TO the airport not from so there was no meet and greet aspect for us. Slightly stressful aspect was the fact the driver had difficulties locating our pick-up point which caused the small delay. Otherwise a very satisfactory journey and kind driver. ”

“Quite literally the most incompetent, scam company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Booked a taxi online - called to confirm and assured everything was fine. Then the taxi doesn't show up and the '24-7 customer service helpline' doesn't work. Eventually I get a call back from a bloke who was clearly asleep to tell me that my taxi driver was also asleep. Never, ever, ever, use this company.”

“There was an issue as I had used our home number as the contact number. It took about 40 minutes to sort it out and eventually locate our driver, who had waited. We were quite quick getting through baggage and passport control so I suspect we were 'through' before the driver arrived. He then stood against the barrier displaying our name, but of course we were behind him so couldn't see it. Anyway, it all turned out OK. I had made the booking at home so presumed that the home number was required in case you needed to contact me about the booking. Perhaps your booking form needs to state 'mobile' contact number. ”
