“I was waiting for my driver for 17m I had called him twice and he said he was 2m away twice within the 17m. I had to get a back cab instead as I was now running late for a wedding. Just as I was about to get in the black cab the driver found me and made a scene asking why am I not doing with him ! I explained bc you are 15m late but he kept asking me to come with him. I found it very inappropriate, very bad communication. ”
