“The driver said there were roadworks Also he did not seem to know how to find the entrance to Welwyn train station Also you are very expensive. you charged £35.50 and the local taxi for the return trip charged £14 - I hope never to use you again I DO NOT WANT ANY REPLY TO THIS FEEEDBACK”

“The driver was on-time and very helpful. When he couldn't stop outside the pick-up, he went away and telephoned. He was also helpful to my passenger who had limited mobility. (Tip given on the night).”
