“The journey itself was fine, as expected and the driver was nice. However it was not the car that I had originally booked and paid extra for. After the distress I went through with the other car I had booked for the same place and time this was just another kick in the teeth not giving us the vehicle I had specifically booked. ”

“I thought that the service certainly did not reflect the price I payed. I use taxi code regularly for every long journey I take, this was by far the poorest experience. The driver didn’t help me with any of my bags, even though I was a young woman with multiple heavy bags. I thought there was a degree of unprofessionalism throughout the journey, putting of and on headphones, going on his phone and eating food throughout the journey. It is disappointing as usually I am not disappointed by these taxis. The car also wasn’t particularly clean. Overall 2 stars. ”
