“I telephoned prior to booking to enquire about our requirement for 2 child seats- I was informed you did not provide these but we would be able to use our own providing we fitted them ourselves. I asked about storage of these for the return journey and was informed if they were labelled they would be stored in your office and would be with the driver for the return journey a week later. On arrival at Luton the driver refused to keep the car seats as he said he would not be the return driver and he had no office! We had no option but to store the seats in left luggage at the airport at an extra cost of £120! So we were totally misled from the start. Before I take any further action I would appreciate a phone call om 01933 622981 to hear your proposals to deal with this matter.”

“I had called up the amend the pick up time from 08:00 am - 07:30 am, this was advised that it was confirmed, then on the day of the pick up, the driver contacted the customer not the passenger to advise he was on his way, when calling the driver he had advised that the new pick up time was not communicated to him and therefore wasn't there for the 07:30 am pickup, however he didn't turn up for the original time of 08:00 am either and the passenger was collected at 08:20 am. This was not acceptable as the passenger was due to fly out from Luton, and due to roadworks, we had accommodated for this by amending the pickup time. ”

“I had to make alternative arrangements with my wife driving me to the airport. Creating allot of stress and inconvenience for both myself and my wife who needed to be elsewhere. I revived a call after 6 which was far too late. I called the number on the message and it went to answers phone. Please arrange the refund of the payment I made. ”
