“The driver said he was only informed about the job at the agreed pick up time, and then had to travel to us which took him an hour and half, so arrived an hour and half late. I sent an email to complain as this greatly affected our plans, but was told that small delays during a journey could not be helped and this was included in their terms and conditions. I then replied to this suggesting that an hour and a half late for a one hour journey is not a small delay, and explained that it was due to admin error not traffic etc. I suggested that some form of compensation seems appropriate for this inconvenience. I have not heard back since, it’s been over a week. I had a return journey booked which went completely smoothly and I couldn’t have hoped for more. But if you are using this service for something you ‘need’ to be on time for I would think twice as apparently a one and half hour late collection is deemed a small delay, which is acceptable under their terms and conditions, so effectively not suitable for airport transfers etc. and obviously as stated customer service is very poor.”

“Hi there, was very disappointed and upset with this service as the driver didn't even show up. Was sent a tracking txt message to say he was on his way. Rang him several time and when I eventually spoke to him he said that he'd rang me and I didn't answer so he'd picked up someone else. This left us stranded in unknown territory and sis miles from our hotel. Had to then ring round at 1am to try and find another taxi at an extra cost of £40.00. ”
