“1st journey i have no fault with second journey was a disaster.when I received notification of driver and vehicle I rang the driver, who then rung me back. But I was picked picked up by a different driver in a difficult vehicle and the route he brought me back was all country lanes for half the journey which was slower than the route going, would I use this service again, I don't think so.”

“His satnav couldn’t find the post code. He got lost and we had to go find him ourselves to guide him in. Then in confusion over payment he took £125 cash from us with no receipt … on .top of which we gave him a £5 tip !!”
