Our driver contacted us at the agreed collection time to tell us he was at a Tesco, 20 minutes walk away. We specifically arranged for the collection at the Stoop which is where all the other taxi's collect from after the Rugby at Twickenham. However our appointed driver said he couldn't get there even though there were tens' of other taxi's collecting from the agreed collection point. The collection therefore failed and we had to make our own way to our destination. I spoke with the office and confirmed that I would not be accepting the charge for the failed collection.

There was no meet and greet. I had to get (and pay for) my own Black Cab into London. The return journey was okay (the driver arrived 15 minutes late and given the track record with the pick-up, I wasn't thrilled...) but more than anything the driver seemed bent on reassuring himself that nothing that went wrong with the pickup was Airport Exec's fault. Nope, it IS your fault. The website was screwy, which is where the problems started... but they did not finish there. If you're confused about an arrival time, CONTACT THE CLIENT (why else do you even bother to take their contact info!?!?!). don't sit on your butts and wait to see if anything goes wrong: everything went wrong. I WANT A REFUND FOR THE FIRST HALF OF THE JOURNEY AS AGREED WITH THE REPRESENTATIVE WHO TOOK MY PHONE CALL ON 4 DEC. Bottom line: you didn't pick me up AND SO YOU DO NOT GET TO KEEP MY MONEY. I will never use you again unless you do the right thing and refund half the price I paid. Period.
