“We booked a 16-seater vehicle so that the family which comprises of children and elderly can keep together but 2 vehicles were sent. The flight arrived late, and drivers informed that due to the delay and busy airport traffic they are unable to meet us at the arrival hall.”

“Rude driver, was on call throughout the journey. He dropped me and my 3 and five year old in the middle of the road after he was asked to concentrate on his driving. He claimed he doesn’t work for the company after I have payed through the company. He claimed he only get 50percent of the money I payed. ”
