“I arrived early at the airport then spoke to someone asking if my journey could be brought forward to 12:45. Was told no, but the driver will be there for 13:30 so settled down with a drink. Then received a call saying that my driver would now be with me at 14:00 and to meet them in the car park. The car eventually arrived at 14:25 nearly an hour late from my booked time. ”

“I scheduled the pick up for 8:45 pm knowing our flight arrived at 8:15. I assumed it would take us that time to deplane, do customs and get luggage. He was not in the arrivals hall and when he finally contacted me after 9 pm he said he was in the car park and we should come there. He said he thought the flight arrived at 8:45 so that’s why he was late. We had trouble finding him and eventually left 45 minutes later than we should have. ”

“Was woken up at 4:30am by a call from the taxi company asking me if it was OK for the driver to come 15 minutes earlier than planned. This is extremely unprofessional behaviour. I've never had a taxi service behave in this way. Having used taxicode twice now, I like the ability to book cabs in advance, but this kind of unprofessional behaviour means I likely wont be using your service in the future.”
