“there was a lot of traffic, probably even more than expected and the distance from the racecourse to the only allowed pickup point which we had covered in 10 minutes on foot took 50 minutes to the driver, who was however very kind and shared his position with us”

“Driver was great but taxi code was poor experience. Taxi code cancelled twice at last minute even though I booked 2 days in advance. Then the price went up 22 pounds. Felt like bait and switch. The final driver - John was terrific and saved the experience. Feel like taxi code can improve their organization ”
