“The overall experience was excellent. The driver had tracked my flight, called me shortly after landing and met me in in the Terminal Building. I was pleasantly surprised to be collected in a Tesla and the journey home was very comfortable. Would definitely use again.”

“1. I Checked the I do not want the SMS notification yet you still charged me 1.5 pounds. Not very professional. 2. Driver was excellent. Well mannered, polite courteous and did a great job. 3. Confusion with all your emails about who the driver who will pick us up will be. The last email gave me a different driver than the one who came. The one who came was the one I had his phone and I am glad that I didn't see the email with the driver change as it would have created a problem. 4. I tipped the driver already 5 pounds. You should indicate that I could have done this later.”
