“The drive and the driver were fine but the office staff abrupt when I phoned to check all was ok before the event. We booked at an expensive restaurant ,there were 8 of us and I wanted to make sure there would be no hitches with the transport.”

“The company was provided the flight number at the time of booking, however didn't enter the airport and wasn't awaiting the passengers arrival with a named board as confirmed at the time of booking. We were unable to contact the driver due to poor signal, so the passengers had to pay for an alterative transfer to get home. Once we received communication from the driver, he was very rude! Not acceptable, and we expect to receive a refund as soon as possible.”

“Driver was actually early, which meant he had to wait for our delayed flight, although I had booked the taxi for 1915 to reflect this delay.”
