“Good morning
I am writing to complain and request a refund.
The taxi service last night was absolutely shocking.
Nobody was there to meet us, even though the flight landed on time and the we were at the designated pick up spot at 8:45pm. You had the flight details so it should have all be clear where we were.
After multiple messaging I had a call from the driver at around 9:10 to say how many people were coming (because he only thought he was picking up one person) and could I meet him in the car park.
I informed him I was with my family (including two children - we were clear it was 4 people and 3 luggage) and that I was not going to try and search for him in the car park with children. He eventually came and picked us up from the designated spot at around 9:15 (ie 30 minutes after we had exited customs).
When we go to the car this was not an extra large car that I had booked and paid for - it was definitely not a five seater - with my three family members squashed in the back on the way home.
I cannot tell you how angry I am - you pay for a good service and pay extra for a larger vehicle and neither happens….there was no level of service - just took the money and provided the worst delivery.
As a consequence of the above I want a refund, as you did not fully deliver under you part of the contract.

“Firstly the booking was incorrect and despite booking a round trip, the return journey had been booked incorrectly. The driver went to my home address instead of the airport.
A replacement cab was sent instead. The vehicle was not fit for purpose. There were safety warnings flashing on the dashboard (I have video evidence of this) for the entire journey and the car felt as though it was going to break down. The driver seemed stressed about the car but did not let on. He seemed to be driving much slower than the speed limit. He went the wrong way and so it took almost 2 hours to do a 1 hour journey. He was also talking loudly on his phone for part of the journey. It was very stressful and unpleasant experience overall.”
