“We were in alton tower which is a crowded place. We agreed to meet in the parking area and he mentioned that he was not there yet after 30+ of waiting i call him to confirm where he was . He say why don’t you come to longshaw lane which is 20 min walk from where we was. We cancelled the reservation but he said I can’t do that. ”

“Your taxi ride cost double what Uber charged but I booked it as I thought you were local. & knowledgable. The driver went through slow, flooded back routes. Then he insisted on driving through a tradesperson entry of Alton towers even though I said no. Then he could not find the hotel and had no idea where to go. We then couldn’t check in and ended up with all of our luggage all day in the park and were about 45 mins late in. Not a great start. We ubered back. Will not book from a private company again. ”
