“Booking was for in front of the hotel at taxi stand…first driver went to opposite side of the street and then left as we walked up because he got a ticket. Next driver arrived 10 mins later and parked in the wrong spot. Limited AC in the car and then dropped us at Terminal 3 when the booking was for Terminal 2. We had to walk to the other terminal. Seems to be a communication issue between dispatcher and drivers.”

“Nice driver and car although I clearly added on the form I wanted my elderly mother collected from arrivals . We had to walk her up to the Uber drop off and the driver stated he wasn’t instructed to meet us. Also I clearly requested an executive car for 1 passenger and 1 luggage and 1 carry on.”
