“Awful service from start to finish. Driver was initially 15minutes late for the morning pick up. Driver/cabin of the car smelled so had to have a window open the whole way. Driving style was very jerky with unnecessary harsh braking regularly. Pick up was scheduled for 4.45pm but driver didn’t arrive until 6.40pm. No notice of late pickup was given and caused a delay and a surcharge to a booking we had later in the evening where we missed our booking. Driver arrived for the pickup with barely enough charge in his car (which was electric) to complete our trip and in fact at times on the journey the expected remaining mileage dropped below the distance to destination. Driver elected to take a very slow drive back sticking to country lanes to preserve battery which made the journey back unnecessarily long. Wanted to stop to recharge the car but we told him on several occasions that we were already significantly late and did not want further delay. Driver began making comments in the car and arguing with passengers over why he was late and why his car wasn’t charged, none of the reasons for which made any sense. Worst cab experience I have ever been involved with. Would recommend anyone looking to use this service that reads this immediately leaves the site and finds another operator who I’m sure will be more reliable and provide better service.”
