“Reservation #TC42EA61F4185 for an MPV at 18:15. Assigned a Blue Toyota Verso Reg number YE15JSZ from TAKEOFF MINICAB LTD.
The driver came 20 mins late at 18:35 from another company called Trio Cars with a red hatchback Toyato Aurius Reg Number RV64 OFC.
The car was too small for the luggage with one luggage on the sofa next to us and the trolleys in the front seat. The ride was very dangerous and unsafe. We were on the M4 and we could not put on the seat belts. My wife has a significant lower back issue and she could not use either her lower back or seating cushion
Tried to contact Travaroo but to no avail and I had no other alternative to cancel the booking as I had already paid and any other option would have meant we would have missed out flight.
The reason the driver came late he says he was fasting and had to eat (20 mins late).
I demand full refund and a compensation for the inconvenience we experienced. I will complain about your company to Transport of London and Metropolitan Police for putting the lives of the passengers in danger. I have photographic evidence of the way we were seated and the way the luggages were placed.”

“Spend £135 Pound for a return journey to firstly not have a driver arrive at the specific time, not the correct vehicle in the morning, as had a lot of items …. But credit to the driver he had accommodated me and helped. Got me there at 07:39 so that was not and as to be there for 07:30 but did say better off calling an independent company than this one as they just book random cabs yet charge crazy prices. Return journey had a driver with a large vehicle so return trip smoother …. But def be using another company, as I paid for a larger vehicle both ways I feel I should compensated for the morning inconveniences when I booked for 06:15 yet got a driver at 6:40 not good when your up at 5am with a long day head …..”

“We booked for 6:15 and the driver never turned up, I eventually got through to someone on WhatsApp and they told me that the driver had let them down, I stated that I needed to leave as we had a train to get from St Pancras and it was time critical.
We ended up driving ourselves which we have had to pay for parking etc
A driver eventually turned up outside our house at 6:50 some 35 mins late however we had already left as I told the operator on WhatsApp
We would like a refund plus compensation to cover our parking and anxiety of rushing to make the train ”

“the journey from the pullman hotel was a no show despite the controller telling us that the driver was at the pullman. The driver did nor contact me directly. we has to jump in a blacj cab to make our expensive dibber booking on time. The driver on the return journey turned up on time and rang me in the restaurant. He was great. He drove beautifully and was very polite. My thanks to him............
