“The journey itself was all fine - thank you. My only criticism would be about the communications from you. Twice you mentioned a fare of £25 - but I had already paid £32 plus £1.50. I wasn't sure if I would be asked to pay this £25 by the driver [I wasn't] - but why £25?? Also you told me the car would be a gold coloured Toyota and gave me the reg no, but what turned up was a black one with a diff reg. That's quite confusing, and I was relieved when all turned out OK.”

“The driver didn't turn up, we didn't receive any message or phone call. We are two 80 year olds, were left in the cold and rain for over an hour and a half waiting before we decided the driver wasn't going to turn up. Because of the tube strike it took us over an hour to get to the restaurant (8.30pm) and so we lost our booking. This was the most appalling service I've ever received from a company. I had to prepay, I'm now trying to get a refund, including the extra payment to get a SMS message but we were never updated on the situation. ”
