“We stayed with many other people waiting for their pickup in Greenwich They all were picked up by their drivers. A luggage handler called you since we did not have an international SIM card.He was told you tried to you call us on our ship the previous day. We had no way to receive a call on the ship. He was told that our pick up was approx 1/4 mile away from where we were and not with the others. We are in our late 70s and could not lug 4 suitcases that distance. Very frustrated, we called an uber who picked us up WHERE WE WERE and took us to Kings Cross Station for our train. We would appreciate a refund of the money we paid to you and not vouchers since we live in the USA. Dr Gerald Berenson”
