“Extremely disappointed with this service. Paid over £100 for a Gatwick trip with 2 stops but the experience was unacceptable.
The driver was 30 minutes late, there was no meet and greet as promised and we were told to walk to a hotel to meet him. The car had a filthy tyre in the boot where we had to place our luggage.
The driver then refused to do the second stop unless we paid extra, despite this being prepaid. He only completed one stop, causing major disruption. Driving was dangerous. He ran a red light, was over the speed limit, weaving and used his phone while driving.
Overall: late, rude, unsafe, and far from the service advertised.”

“Journey to the O2: It took 2.5 hrs to get here (arrived at 6.30pm, should have been 5.30/6pm), The driver was told to avoid all tolls. He got lost, we had to guide him to the destination. We missed our dinner reservation which was for 6pm. He told us the drive will collect us from Car Park - pick up point.
Journey home: A Mercedes C-Class didn't pick us up. The driver was parked on the main road on Millennium way (not Car Park 1 - Pick up point). He didn't know how to share his location, It took us 30 hrs to find him. ”
