“Driver was 45mns late. Made us walk out to car park instead of meet us at arrivals. Did not offer to help load car. Car was old smelly van not sedan. Had opened window and was cold until asked to close and raise heat. Very unprofessional ”

“Taxicode failed to deliver against the reservation as you were over 45 minutes to my reservation.
There was absolutely no notice that you were going to be late
I had to wait 10 minutes after the reservation, and then call taxi code and nation car service
Neither business knew where the cab was
Nation car service could not even tell me who was coming, or when
They then called me back and told me it would be another 20 minutes, and that they didn’t know the car, plate, or driver
then you had the the audacity to name a “terms and conditions” policy when i tried to cancel my thursday reservation when you couldn’t even meet my original reservation.
Not only should you not charge me for cancellation considering how you FAILED to deliver on my original reservation, you should RECOMPENSATE me for the 45 minutes I lost as I am going to a business meeting I flew ALL THE WAY FROM NEW YORK to be at.

“we were told it would be meet and greet but we had to find the driver as they drove past presumably saving them money on parking. Also the car really wasn't clean with really dusty seats. However we were 90 minutes late and he still waited for us which was a positive”

No child seats on either journey.( not even told there wasnt any on return journey.
Took 3 days and numerous emails to refund £20 for no child seats.
Poor.”
