“I had booked to be collected at 4:30am on Sunday 27th, which was confirmed via email and a phone call I received on Saturday. I then received a call whilst at my event saying that my driver would collect us an hour earlier due to the clocks changing. As a company you should have been aware of this change and respect my booked time to be collected. My night was spent arguing with your company rather than enjoying my friend's birthday. I am not at all happy with the treatment I received. Our driver arrived 30 minutes earlier than we booked and when we went to meet him was told the wrong location and was complained to over the phone, even though we went to the location he told us. ”

“Nervous driver (elderly) who did drive very cautiously but also only used one hand and constantly adjusted his road position side to side which made passengers feel sick. I asked him to use 2 hands which improved the drive. ”
