“The pickup from Wokingham was great - the driver was on time and knew exactly where we wanted to go to. Thank you. On our return the driver WhatsApped me at 22.40pm the night before pickup when we were actually in the air, flying back to Heathrow. We couldn't respond until we had landed and seen the message by which time we were waiting to pick up our luggage. The driver had no idea what flight we were on, which terminal we were flying into or at what time - all information given in the original booking. We waited nearly an hour for the driver to arrive - it sounds as though traffic at Heathrow was bad. When we finally got in the car he confirmed the postcode of where we were going which was completely incorrect. After a 9 hour flight this was not the pickup that we envisaged when we made the booking! ”

“Besides the fact that the driver was over 45 minute late the experience was good... Luka was amazing and tried to make up for being late.... the car was very clean and he was super friendly and did some narration as we drove into London. I honestly do not think the lateness was his fault... but you for sure need to make sure you get your times straight for this type of trip”
