“The ride was scheduled for pick up in 30 minutes from time scheduled. After 15 minutes no driver was assigned. I called, as instructed on the email, to cancel and the person on the phone said he couldn't help me cancel it. So I am out £26 and didn't even utilize the ride. ”

“Absolute Scammers ! Avoid this company ! Got a sallon car not a people carrier , one of our party had to drive their own vehicle as they couldnt fit in the car that was sent. Charged £68.50 for a journey , Taxi arrvied on time but advised that not only had the company not been paid by they had charged US DOUBLE THE AMOUNT ! Had to sit outside a restaurant while they sorted the payment out which was taken from my credit card when i booked . WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL BE LEAVING FEEDBACK ONLINE ”
