“On the day before the booking, I rang the cancel/amend number to cancel the job and gave the reservation number. Was told “the system is down”. I also sent a text to the driver’s number confirming the cancellation. Despite this, the following day a driver from a completely different company arrived 30 mins EARLIER than the time originally requested. In the meantime, I’ve been charged for the fare! NOT A GOOD SERVICE!!”
