“The only complaint we had (which we find in many car ride services) is the use of very strong air fresheners. We have sensitivities to these kinds of smells. Our driver was friendly and understanding of the issue and when appropriate we were able to open windows. ”

“The assigned driver never arrived. A different taxi finally arrived 2 hours late! We had to wait from 01.30 to 03.30 in the freezing cold. While the company did eventually sort us out with a ride, it appeared they were not initially aware of, and/or had not made any plans for it being New Year's Eve and there were road closures and crowds. We had booked months ahead of time precisely to avoid such issues. A follow up email requesting an explanation was not replied to. I will NEVER use this company again.”
