“The driver arrived on time when he picked me up to take me to the airport, but was over 20 minutes late collecting me. He said this was due to the flight showing a 20 minute delay. I don't understand why as this flight wasn't delayed at any time and arrived exactly on time.”

“The driver showed up late due to showing up at the wrong hotel. I had called the chauffeur to clarify the pick up point hours prior to the pick up time. He was by no means representable as a professional driver, although he was courteous and drove well.
I am also very unhappy that I was asked to pay additional fees after the booking was confirmed. No-where in your T/C doest it say that airport surcharges/drop off charges are additional when booking a trip to airports. I therefore expected the fare to include this.
The total was set at £70 upon ordering, which I had paid in full, and it was not disclosed anywhere that additional fees wasn't included untill after my driver was assigned. London is more or less cashless and it proved impossible to get hold of a £5 note or split a £50 prior to the ride. I therefore only had a £50 note on me and as the driver didn't carry sufficient change I was forced to accept what change he had, ending up paying a total of £70 pluss approx £15 for the airport fee in steady of £5. (He only had £20 and US$20 for change which is about £35) Due to this I will not be a returning customer.
