“It was a great trip , driver got me on time to Gatwick airport , he avoided me missing my flight because of his fast thinking when found out there was a massive accident on slip road at m23 and exit closed found another route to get me there, Thank you kindly ”

“If I could leave zero stars, I would! I had a car booked a week in advance, fully paid for at £82.00, which was cancelled. This was rebooked immediately and at a lower cost of £71.00. Great! But this was then again cancelled 4 HOURS before I was due to be picked up at 1am, on a Sunday morning. This was from a wedding in the middle of Petworth, West Sussex. The middle of nowhere. There are NO other taxi hire firms available at this time. Driving myself was not an option a I would be over the legal limit and it was the only option left to me. I am disgusted to say the least, at the level of disregard to a paid service and contract that had been made. Regardless of disruptions at Gatwick at the time. I and two others were left without any other transport options available to us. I will never use this service again and will be recommending to others to do the same.”
