“The vehicle was a 7-seater minivan which is not as stable on the road as the saloon-sedan I had booked. I was very tired after the long flight but could not rest as the ride was not very comfortable. ”

“Was disappointed that we were dropped off at the drop off car park. Since we booked through Arrow I thought we would be taken to terminal and picked up from there. We were not met at terminal but we’re in contact with driver by phone which I can understand due to excessive charges in that car park. ”
