“I had phoned Myles cars when our car was not there at the appointed time. I was advised they would be 5 to 10 mionutes. They did not arrive and we managed to get another taxi at 1110pm. 25 minutes late. I would like a refund of the money I paid to book the taxi which was £20.50”
