“Hello! Thank you for your service :) My first driver on August 16 was absolutely lovely; arrived waiting for me and the car was pristine. On the 19th the trip went well tol, but was just late by a few minutes as the driver was given a different car than his usual. He was great, but the car could use a bit of freshening. Overall this this was a good service I would use again. Thank you!”

“There was a slight confusion with the pick up time, but I was kept informed, and was collected and taken to my destination. The return journey was ontime and the driver was curtious and kind.”

“I was very disappointed with the service i received. I booked a taxi and then needed to cancel it. I called the number provided and had to leave a message requesting a cancellation as i found a taxi firm that was cheaper... On the day the taxi i cancelled arrived after the one i got into from the cheaper company. I then had my aunty calling me at the train station to say the taxicode cab was waiting outside, i asked her to tell the driver the cab had been cancelled the day before. The cab left. Having already paid them online the driver left. But i have not been refunded for the cab i had to cancel. I had already had a message from taxicode to say they were unable to drive me to a destination i had booked another cab for, but i did receive a refund for that journey as it was taxicode who made the cancellation not me. So i decided to go with a company who could guarentee me a taxi for the journey, day and time i requested. I will not be using taxi code again. It was not a good first experience and i will not berecommending them to anyone else. Exstremely poor service in my opinion.”

“I had so much anxiety about finding a taxi in the country and Taxicode took that all away - Elite Dorset was on time and friendly and fast (and found the place I was going to with arguably terrible directions!). My only suggestion would be if there’s a way to confirm the driver earlier…know there’s a commitment to finding someone at least 48 hours before, but having had bad experiences with getting taxis in the countryside as early as possible a confirmation is greatly helpful (again for “worst case” anxiety management).”
