“my driver was lovely and we had an intelligent chat as we drove and although he apologised for the heavy traffic, we got to the hospital in good time. Excellent service, although I am not happy that only £15 of the £27.50 fee was paid to the driver. Next time I will book directly with the taxi company and not use this expensive service.”
