“The driver was 45 minutes late, he arrived at 4:45 am instead of 4 am as I had booked. This resulted in me missing my flight despite the driver's efforts to drive extremely fast and get me to BMX international in time. Fair to say that I will not trust your services in the future. I had to cover the next flight out of my pocket so considering a refund would be appropriate in this case. ”
