This did not work well. The taxi was twenty minutes late. This was not the fault of the driver as he was called to the job only ten minutes before. Taxicode firm was at fault for indifference to the booking.

The driver did not show up. We were lucky enough to hail a cab so we did not miss our flight. We will be disputing this charge.

Firstly, this was the worst experience of our life. We felt in danger. We confirmed our pick up at 9:30 am the day before. Today 6/16, driver came at 8 and left. ( we were on a cruise and wasn’t out yet). However, someone from the company told us that they couldn’t provide us with transportation, following with a message that a driver was on our way. We decided to wait for it as this trip was already booked and paid. Driver arrived and the first thing we ask if we need to pay and if so, I ask with credit card, which the answer was yes. Furthermore, we got in the car and begin our drive to London when suddenly the driver received a phone call, and put speaker , it was someone from the company informing us about our trip was paid and we do not have to paid. (Of course, I did paid it online when I booked the service) But, couple of minutes after , driver received a second call. At this time same person was saying that we have to pay 330 pounds because a reason that I don’t understand. Hence, this create a chaos, because he was asking for an international transfer or a PayPal transfer. Neither of these were possible because our banks did not allow it. We finished giving the cash that we have on hand which was a lot and finally we were able to feel safe in the final destination. Once again worst experience ever, very scary.
