“When we arrived, we didn't find the driver as meet and greet is assigned but been asked to find driver at parking area, then we asked driver to come inside to show himself as it was difficult to recognise him in crowded place, also we received a call from their customer service a lady speaking in very bad manner and asking to pay extra due to flight delay for about 30 minutes and asked the driver to insist on us to pay him extra, Although we provided them flight No. to follow-up, the car was un tidy and weather was hot inside car so we asked diver increase air conditioner blower to reach us in the back but he ignored and continued speaking very loudly in the phone during the full journey, at the end he drop us far away from our famous hotel saying he don't know how to reach it and kept asking to pay him extra for this bad journey, sorry still I have a lot to say but don't want to make it long story.”
