“Despite calling numerous days prior to the taxi arriving and requesting a change of location the taxi driver still dropped my client at the incorrect Travelodge! I called 3-times to ensure that this would not happen! My client was left walking across Bristol to the correct hotel! I knew this would happen, it is basics! I will never use this company again - simply. No apology when I poke to the driver on the evening.”

“I believe that by spending £148 the service that was provided was not up to par The car was a Peugeot The drivers were not dressed smart We were not offered water We deserved more for what we paid and we will be in contact with more information on this matter ”
