“We had a 4 seater Silver Toyota A908DUX instead of a 5 seater. We ordered and paid for a 5 seater car. The second car was a black Peugeot SF13 AWO which had 6 seats. We were not informed beforehand that the silver Toyota would only be a 4 seater. The situation was stressful as I thought we wouldn't all have a seat. I would be grateful to receive a refund for the differnece between a 4 and 5 seater car.”

“On the first journey I was informed the driver cancelled and by the time a replacement driver was found they were 20 minutes late. The replacement driver was very kind and apologised but it was unacceptable that the pickup time was 20 minutes after the scheduled time.”

“Driver communicated arrival timeline before scheduled pick up time. And, he (the driver) was professional, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend.”
